1- We evaluate and quote the inquiry according to the below given details:
    – We request as much technical details as possible (including design details, quantity, size range like S to XL, etc). We also ask for clear, high resolution pictures in pdf or in vectorial format.
    – We request a physical sample of the inquired product.
    – We request the print, embroidery, patch-work, woven logo visuals (in high resolution pdf or in vectorial format) and details (dimensions of the logo, pantone code of the logo colors, etc.).
PS: It is important to have these details, in order to prepare you a reasonable and reliable quotation. If this information can not be provided, we can quote you a similar item, according to our technical specifications and standards, which will be indicated in the quotation.

2- Upon confirmation of the quotation and sample request, we produce the sample according to the design details. In some cases, we may have to charge for the supplied sample. In general, we deduct the sample cost amount from the invoice, upon order confirmation. Sample production and the delivery lead time may vary, depending on the product design details and production program of the workshop.

3- If the sample is confirmed and the actual order is placed, the production process begins according to the signed sales contract (if any one of the parties ask for one) or the instructions in the purchase order form, upon receipt of down payment.

4- Step by step production process in general:
    – Fabric and accessory purchasing
    – Cutting, laminating, printing/embroidery/patch work/woven logo application etc. (where necessary)
    – Sewing
    – Button hole and buttoning (where necessary)
    – Quality control, ironing & packing
    – Customs clearance & exporting (including the issue of necessary documents other than commercial invoice and packing list, such as ATR, EUR1, etc. where necessary, depending on the origin of the country of destination)

5- Handing the goods to the transporter either in factory premises or delivering the goods to the transporter company warehouse (depending on the quantity, availability, mode of transport and incoterms). Transportation service can be arranged by us with the international transport companies, if requested by the client. We know and work with transport companies that have air, sea, road and rail services to many of the countries around the world.
Additionally, we can deliver your goods door to door (C&F) up to 150,00 Kg and € 7.500,00 worth export files with very reasonable prices in a very short time as micro export.
