Brief Background
In 2011, we established the export department of a cap factory, which was producing the promotional cap needs of domestic corporate companies as a sub-contractor. We began exporting.

In these 5 years, we also exported t-shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts, hooded sweatshirts, vests, warning vests, polyester jackets, polar fleece jackets, soft-shell jackets, trousers, shirts, shorts, glove-beanie-scarf sets, aprons and many other items. We got them produced in other small workshops. The items were ordered for workwear & corporate wear, fashion & casual wear, and promotional wear.

What we do now
We established our own company at the beginning of 2016. Now we have been supplying good quality products at reasonable prices with on-time deliveries for as little as (starting from) 50 pcs Minimum Order Quantities globally.

How we work
1- We request the technical details, visuals, drawings and if you have one, a physical sample of the inquired product. 
2- We evaluate and calculate the cost, according to the information we received.
3- If the buyer is satisfied with the quotation, we produce a prototype according to those details.
4- We deliver the sample to the client.
5- If the sample is confirmed and the order is placed, we do the production in sample quality. We deliver goods to our client, within the promised lead time (there may be short delays in unexpected circumstances).

Workflow
1- We evaluate and quote the inquiry according to the below-given details:
– We request as many technical details as possible (including design details & features, quantity, size measures, size range like S to XL, etc). We also ask for high-resolution item pictures from different angles or a PDF version of the vectorial format.
– We request a physical sample of the inquired product and the fabric to be used, if available.
– We request the print, embroidery, patchwork, or woven logo visuals (in pdf form from the vectorial file or the drawing itself) and details (dimensions of the logo, Pantone code of the logo colours, etc.).
PS: It is important to have these details, to prepare a reasonable and accurate quotation. If this information is not provided, we can quote you a similar item, according to our technical specifications and standards, which will be indicated in detail in the quotation.

2- We produce the sample according to the design details upon confirmation of the quotation and sample request. In many cases, we may have to charge for the supplied sample. We may deduct the sample cost amount from the invoice upon order confirmation. Sample production and delivery lead time may vary, depending on the product design and production program.

3- If the sample is confirmed and the actual order is placed, the production process begins according to the signed sales contract (if any of the parties asks for one) or the instructions in the purchase order form, upon receipt of the down payment.

4- Step by step production process in general:
– Fabric and accessory purchasing
– Cutting, laminating, printing/embroidery/patchwork/woven logo application etc. (if & where necessary)
– Sewing
– Buttonhole and buttoning (where necessary)
– Quality control, ironing & packing
– Customs clearance & exporting (including the issue of necessary documents other than commercial invoice and packing list, such as ATR, EUR1, etc. where necessary, depending on the origin of the country of destination)

5- Handing in the goods to the transporter either in factory premises or delivering the goods to the transporter company warehouse (depending on the quantity, availability, mode of transport and incoterms). Transportation service can be arranged by us with the international transport companies if requested by the client. We know and work with transport companies that have air, sea, road and rail services to many countries worldwide.
Additionally, we can deliver your goods door to door (C&F) up to 150,00 Kg and € 7.500,00 worth of export files at very reasonable prices (it may be as small as road/sea transport) in a very short time as micro export.
